For over 25 years, Michael has dedicated his life to discovering the areas that need adjusting and then making those adjustments in order to create more Wellness in his mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.
He has education and training in Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Life Coaching, and Relationship, Personal and Spiritual Counseling. Michael has been studying T’ai Chi Ch’uan since 1993 with extensive training, practice and teaching for the last 7 years.
His focus is to take what he has learned and experienced in his own life and share it with others, so they can also move forward toward greater levels of Wellness in whatever area they are seeking to improve.
