Sadie Damascus is short and loud, has been twenty-one years in Monte Rio, and twelve on KGGV.
A Vermonter, daughter of a writer and a critic, she sings, reads, gardens, plays scrabble, does folk music, writes poetry, etc, plus ten pages weekly for her Traditional Ballads & Folklore Show, Thursdays at six. Her Laughing Lady Show, Sundays at ten is very different: She reads humor, sings, recites, & rants to amuse folks & make them laugh. She and her woodcarver husband burn a ten-foot bunny every Easter eve. She is on faceboot, and would discuss Child ballads with the devil.
